    1. Definition and Nature of Personal Data

    NEWSCORE SAS operates software for collecting public information online (hereinafter the "Software"), which it makes available to its clients (hereinafter: the "Clients"). This Software contains public information about companies as well as public personal data relating to their directors and employees.

    The term "personal data" refers to all data that allows an individual to be identified, which includes in particular names, first names, professional functions of the persons concerned.

    2. Purpose of This Charter

    This charter aims to inform you about the means we use to collect your personal data, in strict compliance with your rights.

    We comply, in the collection and management of your personal data, with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter: "GDPR").

    3. Identity of the Data Controller

    The controller of your personal data is NEWSCORE, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 981 207 335, with its registered office at 122 RUE AMELOT – 75011 PARIS, France.

    4. Collection of Personal Data

    We collect your data indirectly, from public databases available online, particularly professional social networks.

    The legal basis for our collection of your personal data is our legitimate interest, as the data is collected to enable us to implement the services offered by our Software.

    5. Data Retention Period

    Regarding data collected in our Software: your personal data is automatically verified with the companies you work for every six months. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer accurate or up to date.

    6. Security

    We take all useful precautions and appropriate organizational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data.

    7. Hosting

    Your data is stored and kept, for the entire duration of its retention, on the servers of OVH, located in France. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

    8. Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure and Opposition

    In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the GDPR, you have the right to obtain communication and, where applicable, rectification or erasure of data concerning you, by contacting:
