    1. Company Identification

    NEWSCORE SAS (the "Company") is a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 981 207 335, with its registered office at 122 RUE AMELOT – 75011 PARIS, France.

    2. Services Offered and Access Conditions

    The Company, a software publisher, offers a suite of solutions accessible on the internet called "NEWSCORE" (the "Solution") which brings together Artificial Intelligence agents specialized in business intelligence, publicly available online information retrieval (OSINT), competitive intelligence, and news monitoring.

    The Client is:

    • A natural person with full legal capacity;
    • Or a legal entity acting through a natural person with the power or authorization required to contract on behalf of the Client and for its account.

    3. Contractual Relationship Documents

    The contractual relationship between the Client and the Company is governed, in descending hierarchical order, by the following documents:

    • The order form (the "Order Form")
    • The general conditions (the "General Conditions")

    4. Service Subscription Terms

    To subscribe to the Company's Services, the Client can contact it directly at the contact details mentioned in the "Company Identification" article.

    There are three levels of Client Account:

    • Administrator: can add and remove users
    • Editor: can create, modify, and delete agents
    • Reader: can access agents chosen by the Administrator or Editor

    5. Service Duration

    The Client subscribes to the Services as a subscription (the "Subscription"). The Subscription begins on the day of its subscription materialized by the signing of the Order Form for an initial period of twelve months.
